These conditions create elegant, slow-ripening wines—particularly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir —with vibrant acidity and distinctive regional character.

Tasting Notes

The Pinot Noir component produces a pretty pink tinge while adding an array of strawberry and cherry flavours. Fruit depth and texture is a contribution of the Chardonnay. Leading to a long lively and creamy finish.
